Our support and client service teams are all trained in the management of all types of content across the various platforms we support, allowing us to quickly implement content scheduling requests made by our clients to virtually any SLA that’s required. We can act as the primary scheduling resource or as a second-line backup to an internal team. In either case our team can provide the continuity of knowledge needed to ensure that digital networks remain always updated and relevant.
Support + Maintenance
We provide a dedicated, multi-lingual technical team to manage our telephone and email support help desk, offering a variety of cover levels, from Monday to Friday business hours up to 24/7. Our team often works as an integral part of our customer’s existing IT support process but they’re also just as comfortable working as a stand-alone entity. In either case, all activity is tracked and monitored through our ticketing system, allowing clients access to real-time information on the performance of their network and our service levels.
onsite hardware support
Our team of experienced installation and support engineers provide on-site support and swap out capability for all equipment that we install, from the simplest LCD display to video walls, custom LED displays, projectors and kiosks. Our business has been built around the needs of retail, so out-side business-hours visits are all part of the service.

Security of digital media infrastructure is our priority. We’ve invested heavily in the tools, processes and services necessary to keep our clients and their content secure. We provide managed Anti-Virus, VPN End Points, Encryption and Intrusion Prevention by default for all of our Content Hosting clients.
